Welcome to CyberCognize Navigator Support
 

CyberCognize Navigator helps auditors and implementers assess framework requirements, record implementation and compliance status, and identify gaps. The 42001 edition supports self-assessment against ISO/IEC 42001.
 

Record notes and evidence references, review your dashboard, and create PDF and Excel reports. The app works offline and stores assessments locally. No CyberCognize account or subscription is required.

Please include your device model, operating-system version, app version and a description of the issue. Avoid sending confidential assessment information or complete backup files unless an appropriate method has been agreed with support.
 

Saving reports
 

Open Reports and choose Save file for PDF or Excel.
 

On iPhone, choose Save to Files from the system share sheet, select a folder and complete Save. On Android, select a destination in the system file picker and complete the save.
 

Open your saved file to confirm it is available. Cancelling the save leaves your assessment unchanged.
 

Protecting your assessments
 

Use Backup & Restore to export a JSON backup regularly, particularly before changing devices, uninstalling the app or clearing browser or application storage.
 

Keep backups somewhere safe. PDF and Excel reports cannot be restored as assessments.
 

To restore, select a Navigator JSON backup and review it before confirming replacement of the current assessment. You can cancel the review without replacing your assessment.
 

Assessments do not automatically synchronise between devices. CyberCognize cannot recover local records it has not received.

Navigator records your own assessment judgements. It does not provide certification, independently verify compliance or replace the standard or a professional audit. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ISO.
