Business and Provider Relationships
CyberCognize is an independent Australian business providing professional training and certification-related products and services.
CyberCognize may act as an authorised reseller, licensee or service provider in relation to products developed, owned, administered or delivered by Third-Party Training Providers (“Providers”).
CyberCognize and each Provider are separate legal entities unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as representing that CyberCognize owns, controls or is the certification body, accreditation body or parent organisation of an independent Provider unless expressly stated.
Intellectual Property and Trademarks
Unless otherwise indicated, the CyberCognize name, branding, website design and original CyberCognize content are owned by or licensed to CyberCognize Pty Ltd.
Third-party course materials, certification marks, logos, trademarks, examinations and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Provider trademarks and materials are displayed only where CyberCognize is authorised to use them.
Use of a third-party trademark does not imply ownership by CyberCognize.
Specific trademark attribution notices may be displayed where required by the applicable Provider.
Training and Certification Information
CyberCognize takes reasonable care to provide accurate information about courses, delivery methods, certification pathways and related services.
Providers may change course materials, examination requirements, certification requirements, programme structures, availability or other information from time to time.
Participation in or completion of training does not guarantee examination success, certification, employment, promotion, remuneration or any particular professional outcome.
Website Information
Information on this website is provided for general information about CyberCognize products and services and should not be treated as legal, financial, cybersecurity, compliance or other professional advice unless expressly provided as part of a separately agreed professional service.

The CyberCognize website may contain links to Provider platforms or other independent third-party websites.
Those websites are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.
