CyberCognize Training Delivery and Fulfilment Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
CyberCognize Pty Ltd (“CyberCognize”, “we”, “us” or “our”) primarily supplies professional training, digital learning products and certification-related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page or quotation, no physical goods are shipped.
For the purposes of this policy, a Third-Party Training Provider or Provider means an organisation whose courses, training materials, examinations, certifications, learning platforms or related services are authorised for sale, promotion, facilitation or delivery by CyberCognize.
Digital and Self-Paced Training
Self-Study and E-Learning products are generally delivered electronically.
Following successful payment and receipt of any learner information required to process the enrolment, CyberCognize may need to register the learner, order training materials, allocate an entitlement or activate access through the applicable Provider.
Payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that Provider access has already been activated.
Where a specific provisioning timeframe is stated on the course page, order confirmation or other purchase information, that timeframe will apply. Otherwise, CyberCognize will process the enrolment within a reasonable period having regard to the Provider's provisioning requirements.
Customers should ensure that the email address and learner information supplied with their order are accurate.
Virtual Classroom Training
Virtual Classroom training is delivered remotely on the scheduled date and time stated in the applicable booking or confirmation.
Joining instructions, access information and other relevant session details will normally be provided electronically before the scheduled training.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate internet connection, compatible equipment and access to any required platform.
Instructor-Led Classroom Training
Instructor-Led Classroom training is delivered at the venue specified for the applicable session.
Venue details, scheduled times and relevant attendance information will be provided before the training.
The CyberCognize business address should not be assumed to be a classroom or training venue unless it is expressly identified as the venue for a particular course.
Private, Corporate, Group and Government Training
Private Training and corporate, group or government engagements are delivered in accordance with the applicable quotation, proposal, booking confirmation or agreed statement of work.
Delivery may be virtual, at an agreed customer location, at an arranged training venue or through another agreed method.
Third-Party Training Providers
Certain CyberCognize products require fulfilment through a Third-Party Training Provider.
CyberCognize may provide necessary learner information to the relevant Provider so that course materials, platform access, examinations, certification-related services or other entitlements can be provisioned.
Provider processing times and platform availability may affect the time required to complete fulfilment.
Delivery Delays or Problems
If there is a material delay or issue affecting delivery of a purchased service, CyberCognize will take reasonable steps to investigate the issue and keep the affected customer informed.
If a product or service cannot be delivered as purchased, CyberCognize will provide an appropriate remedy having regard to the circumstances, our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Physical Materials
CyberCognize does not currently treat its normal training products as physical-shipping products.
If physical materials are specifically included with a future product, any applicable shipping charges, delivery areas, estimated timeframes and other conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
